Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable.
Pricing and discounts
Membership, festival and coupon discounts can be combined but total savings are capped at 25% of the product price.
Membership
The ₹59 membership is valid for three months from purchase, is non-transferable and is not refundable once a discounted order is placed.
Lucky draws
Each order earns one entry. Winners are drawn on the published date and contacted on the registered mobile number. Employees and their families are not eligible.
