7-day returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Safety gear that has been worn on site cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we arrange a free pickup and replacement.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of the returned item reaching our warehouse.
Membership refunds
The ₹59 membership can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase if no discounted order has been placed.
